It’s National Liqueur Day and I’m calling all of my RumChata, chocolate, coffee lovers!!!


  • 2 parts RumChata
  • 2 parts espresso (chilled)
  • 2 parts milk (your choice)
  • 1 part chocolate syrup (plus more for drizzling)
  • whip cream (optional)


  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour, top with whip cream and chocolate drizzle.

Serves 2.
