In honor of the Hunger Games movie, Mi Cocina decided to replicate the main character’s favorite lamb dish.  Lamb ranks high in Omega-3 and provides antioxidant minerals that have been shown to help lower risk of cardiovascular disease health. In this sweet and savory recipe, we included dried plums (also known as prunes) which aside from the numerous health benefits, it also produce a sense of fullness in the stomach therefore helping in weight loss.
